TD SYNNEX Canada Corporation Rules of Professional Conduct for Event Attendees:
All attendees at TD SYNNEX Canada events are expected to adhere to these Rules of Professional Conduct participating in TD SYNNEX Canada events.
TD SYNNEX Canada’ policy on Positive Work Environment extends to all TD SYNNEX Canada events. This policy prohibits sexual, racial, sexual orientation or other harassment of any kind, based on a protected status.
Prohibited Behaviors:
- Behavior that has the potential of harming the reputation of TD SYNNEX Canada, our customers, or vendors
- Failure to attend assigned or scheduled meetings
- Dishonesty or theft from other employees, TD SYNNEX Canada, our customers, or vendors
- Fighting/threats of TD SYNNEX Canada employees, our customers, or vendors
- Falsifying or altering of records
- Disclosure or use of confidential or proprietary information in violation of law or TD SYNNEX Canada policy
- Destruction/defacement of TD SYNNEX Canada property · Wearing inappropriate personal attire
- Using profanity that is abusive or offensive to others
- Failure to properly report an accident in a timely manner
- Violations of the law, other than minor traffic offenses
Attendees are strongly advised to use moderation when consuming alcohol at TD SYNNEX Canada events and functions. The likelihood of violating these rules is far greater while under the influence of alcohol. Under no circumstance should an attendee operate a motor vehicle while impaired.
