It all starts here: the Revolution Profitability practice engages with our partners to build and benchmark a comprehensive view of the overall Cisco practice. The team looks for areas of opportunity within the business - these may be in the form of Cisco specializations that can increase incentives, recognizing sales opportunities for a customer, or diving deep into a particular account through a Cisco Letter of Customer Consent (LoCC). There are many ways the Revolution Profitability team can help partners grow – and as with anything within the lifecycle it is never a one-and-done situation.
Enterprise Agreements
An Enterprise Agreement (EA) helps customers maximize their savings and reduce the complexity of managing individual contracts. With Cisco EA 3.0 partners can pull multiple technologies and contracts into a single agreement. Sounds easy, but many partners are finding it to be a complicated process! That’s why we have a team of subject matter experts (SMEs) to help you work through the process from identifying potential deals to getting that deal booked. Oh, and if you don't have the certification requirements to sell an EA for a particular technology, we can help with that as well through our Enterprise Agreement-as-a-Service (EAaaS) program. Our team has seen all the ins, outs, ups and downs, so we can help our partners overcome them!
Customer Experience (CX)
So now you have a good understanding of where your organization stands, you are selling more Cisco Recurring Revenue, and have pulled those annual deals into EAs, what’s next?
